Returns and Refunds: We have a 10-day no questions asked return policy. Post the 10-day cooling period, all sales is final and there will be no refunds.
Our deliverables include the following:
Base curriculum of 50+ hands-on projects including videos, step-by-step guides and manuals
A new project published every one or two weeks based on the complexity of it.
Parts list with bill of material and members discounts on our partner's website, Jameco Electronics, Inc. USA
Member-only discounts on other products of Mand Labs
Unlimited access to learning resources posted on the website including non-downloadables, quizzes and access to features.

What are we are not responsible or liable for:
Quality of parts supplied by Jameco Electronics- If the parts are not working, please raise the concern directly with Jameco. Although we try to list parts with standard datasheets and if possible test them, if they are damaged in transit or due to mishandling, Mand Labs, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries are not responsible for it.
Unfinished projects: As a website user, if you are not able to complete your projects, we (Mand Labs, Inc. USA or any of its subsidairies) are not responsible for it. We will try our best to resolve your technical issues but there is no guarantee that your projects will work. 99% of the time most of the projects work.
